PCR Test for International Travel: Get certificates on the NEXT DAY.

There is a change in the pre-inspection requirement for people traveling to China

Change of pre-inspection requirement for people traveling to China

You will need to take a total of 3 PCR tests before your departure date.

First PCR test – You MUST take a pre-departure PCR test 7 days before your departure date.

Second and third PCR tests –

a) You MUST take the tests within 72 hours from your departure date;

b) The tests must be conducted at two different testing facilities; and

c) Before taking the third PCR test, there must be more than 24 hours difference between the second and third PCR tests.

Ex1) 1st test: Kawasaki Rinko hospital⇒2nd test: Kawasaki Rinko hospital⇒ 3rd test: other testing facilities.

Ex2) 1st test: Kawasaki Rinko hospital⇒2nd test: other testing facilities⇒ 3rd test: Kawasaki Rinko hospital

【Persons who are eligible to take the PCR test】

Persons who do not have Covid-19 symptoms

Persons with a valid passport

【Price】

PCR test: 25,000 JPY (tax included) Certificate fee: 5,000 JPY (tax included)

English and Japanese available

※Tests are not covered by insurance

We do not provide mailing services for the certificates.

【How to make an appointment】

【On the day of the appointment】

1. Please bring your passport with you. We will need to verify the information in the passport before issuing a valid certificate.

2. You should arrive and register at the counter 10 minutes before your appointment.

3. After registration, the doctor will arrange for you to take the PCR test. If there are any requests, please inform the doctor.

4. After the test, you will be informed to make payment at the counter. The entire process will take about 10-30minutes (Registration, PCR test, payment).

5. Please come back the next business day to collect your certificate. You do not need to make an appointment. Please refer to the Testing Hours and Certificate Pickup Hours above.

　　这是为那些想⾃费进⾏PCR测试的⼈提供的测试信息⻚⾯。

　　从样本采集开始到第⼆天可以拿到检测结果报告。

　　2⽉28⽇起检查内容有所变更。请在确认以下内容后进⾏预约（中国⼤使馆通知）。2022年2⽉28⽇起最新的旅⾏前检查和健康码申请办法 – 中华⼈⺠共和国驻⽇本⼤使馆（china-embassy.or.jp)

赴华预检的变化
　　⾃2022年2⽉28⽇起，赴华前的核酸检测要求发⽣了变化，下⾯介绍⼀下。

・PCR 检测必须在登机前的第7 天进⾏⼀次，然后在登记前的3 天内再进⾏两次。因此，在前往中国之前，总共需要进⾏三项PCR 检测。
・登机前3 天内进⾏的两次 PCR 检测，需要在不同的指定医疗机构进⾏第⼆次和第三次检测，间隔 24 ⼩时。（交叉双核酸检测的实施）
　　　例1：如果第⼀次PCR检测在川崎临港医院进⾏，第⼆次也在本院进⾏的话，第三次检测则需要在中国政府指定的另外的医疗机构进⾏。（3次核酸检测不能全部在本院做）
　　　例2：在川崎临港医院进⾏第⼀次PCR检测，在中国政府指定的医疗机构进⾏第⼆次PCR检测，在川崎临港医院进⾏第三次PCR检测。
・因此，IgM 抗体检查已被取消。
-回国证件的新格式也发⽣了变化。

【检测对象】
只有满⾜以下条件的⼈才能进⾏检测

・您必须持有有效期限内的护照
・请您事先在外务省或者⼤使馆的官⽹上确认好回国时需要的资料以及需要填写的内容（由于需填写的内容以及所需资料可能会有变化请在预约前与预约后随时确认。）（如果您有所需的资料有变化的情况下请务必提交给我们）
・您需要事先知晓及同意从检测到出结果需要花费⼀些时间
・过去2周身体状况良好・如果检测结果为阳性，请作为感染者遵循保健中⼼的指示。

【费⽤】
　　　PCR检测 25,000⽇元（含税）

* 　回国或者旅⾏⽤的核酸阴性证明书每份5,000 ⽇元。有⽇语和英语两种版本可选择

【实施时间表】
　　平⽇10：00-20：00周六、周⽇及公众假期10：00-16：00

* 　每⽉第三个星期四12:00公布下个⽉的预约框架。

[检测当天的流程]
① 请在检查开始时间（10:00、14:00、16:00）来到我院东翼⼊⼝处的候诊帐篷。
② 我会按顺序叫您，请注意如果同时预订多⼈，收集样品可能需要⼀些时间。
③ 样品采集（采集⼤约需要 1 到 2 分钟）
④ 回家等候结果
⑤ 第⼆天，来我院拿核酸阴性证明书
* 　基本上，我们不⽀持邮寄。

【注意事项】
* 　我们不接受对疑似患有发烧等新型冠状病毒感染者或疑似与阳性者有密切接触的⼈进⾏检测。如果您怀疑与阳性者有密切接触，请联系您所在城市的保健所。
*　以回国为⽬的的情况下，请在知道预计⼊境⽇期后进⾏计划预约，如果您需要在医疗证明上注明您的护照号码，请务必携带您的护照（复印件）。体检证明上如有特殊说明，请提前告知。
* 　有关此事的咨询将在提供常规医疗服务的同时处理，因此我们⽬前不通过电话回复。
